Not every carb has that effect, and we, of course, need carbs to stay healthy. We just need to know which carb to eat and which to stay away from! 2. Fruit Juices

To drink juice is the healthiest thing of all, if you listen to those health gurus and their different weight loss programs. Especially if the package promises no sugar added. But watch out…juice is one other real sugar trap. It contains a lot of sugar. But yes, we need the healthy stuff in there, so a tip is to eat the fruit as it is, because then you will also get fibers and other nutrition which are lost in the juice processing.

1. Exclude carbohydrates from your meal. This is a popular topic, and in fact you lose weight with the method, but the problem is – our body needs the carbs! I have friends that followed a low carb diet, and became dizzy head, and had to stop that diet immediately. Many people have health problem because of it.

2. Try to stop eating real food. You know, when you tried to live on some lettuce in the morning and half a grapefruit for lunch!  I tried diets like that, but even if I lost a few pounds, I gained weight again as soon as I quit the weight loss program.

3. Consume all those expensive and artificial weight loss pills and drinks and other products that is not natural. First of all, it does not work, and then, my body is not made for this kind of stuff. My body needs natural food to work properly!

4. Live on light products and processed food. I do not care if it’s labeled as health food. If you check on the package what they put in the food, you can get really scared. So many things added that is not for us to eat! In fact, those ingredients are helping your body to store fat!

5. Totally skip all fat. It is a common mistake to think that fat is something you always shall avoid. The truth is that our body needs fat to function properly. We need that energy source. And more – there is fat that actually helps us burn fat!
